I bought a vehicle BMW 530d from Willow Crest Motors in Republic Road, Randburg in July 2019 and was promised by the sales guy Viven AKA V that he will get authorization from his manager Neil to cut a spare key for me after the deal went through. I believed him as I bought another vehicle in March 2019 and Viven arrange a spare key to be cut for me after he gave his word. After a week with my new wheels, I went back to Willow Crest Motors, Neil the manager says that Viven left the company and did not mention any spare key to him but I should leave it to him to resolve, which I did. A week later and yet no call from Neil , I went back to the dealership, he then says that they cannot cut a spare key for me because they took a loss on the vehicle I purchased 229k.

If Neil knew and believed that Viven had not mentioned the spare key to him prior to me taking the vehicle, why did he say, Leave it to me to resolve and not even call to say, sorry we conned you and cannot honor our sales person who is no longer here to defend your word.

This is what trust gets you at Willow Crest Motors, failure to make clients happy.
