Worst ever

My fiance and I bought a 2013 Evoque from them on the 20th of May 2021. The salesman Dwayne was hardly involved with the sale. I asked if we can come collect vehicle, and he said yes. I asked was it washed and did he fill up the tank as promised, and he said yes.

We got there, only to see car still not washed and vehicle was not filled up. I had to help the cleaner to wash vehicle. I said I want a fuel slip and he said the manager said only R 500. I went to manager and said this is **** service and empty promises. He said the sales people say they will fill up car just to do the deal. I was shocked to hear it come from him and said Friday is ery busy. Coming from a manager WOW.

My fiancé was busy signing contract and I asked Dwayne if there is any other paper work she must sign, and hesaid yes, but I can sign it. Once again with the Fica law I was not suppose to, but he said its not a problem. I told him to make a note of sparekey I must collect. Still no key and the stories these guys come up with. This dealership is going to see problems soon. I sold cars before and know the law. I feel sorry for them. I have to contact constantly.

This dealership is the worst I've seen, and I'm not done. THEY POST ON FACEBOOK RHE DELIVERY PHOTO, AND SAY. ANOTHER HAPPY CUSTOMER.......REALLY
