Willowcrest motors must pay for the costs of fuel and tollgates money from Limpopo to Gauteng or allow me to take to the nearest VW garage. Or take their car back if they don’t want to fix problems in the car.

I bought VW polo tsi on the 10 of June 2022. And On my way home the same night, the started to show some few errors. The right mirror indicator started to malfunction. The car brings warm air inside the car. Headlight sometime they don’t do bright. The window control button which is on the driver door is not working, break pads are finished, I call them (Willowcrest motors) and they said I must bring back the car, problem is that they said I must use my own to buy fuel and to pay tollgates and it will cost me more close to R4000.00 which I don’t have. At least if they can I must take it to the nearest VW motor garage. They said I must pay for the number plates and disc and they will pay me back and they short pay me my money, I paid R1124.00 and they paid me back R824.00. R300 short. Regard: Marshall John Hlungwani
