Willow Crest Motors, you kinda dropped the ball here.

Eish, I should have looked on this site before going there. The sale is number one, never mind selling to the same customer or word of mouth referrals. Short sited to say the least guys. Bought a BMW X1, all fine and good for about 3 weeks and then the thing started making the worst noises. I took it back and was told to drive it home because they don't have courtesy cars. The noise won't effect the engine. Later that same night I had to be towed to my house. Willow Crest motors now wants me to cover towing charges back to their dealership so they can look a the and still has no plan to provide me with a courtesy car.
