Willow Crest motors Randburg really bad customer service pathetic

In February 2020 I purchased a vw golf 6 from willow crest motors in randburg before purchasing the vehicle I noticed a few issues on the vehicle and pointed it out to the sales man fair enough they sorted out a few of the issues but not the main ones as I pointed out the day I test drove the car they promised me it will be sorted it had a rough idle like it was miss firing as it idles feels like it wants to switch off now and again even when you drive it gives you a little jerk now and again and the head lights that fill up with water took the car back few times then they do some patch work like rubb silicone around the lights hoping it's not gonna fill with water again and trew some injector cleaner in the petrol tank and hope that ther problem would go away then got the vehicle back then driving home from work petrol pipes came off car came to a stand still in the middle of the traffic full tank of petrol running out of the car what a situation they put me in I called them they say I must send them pictures of what happened and where is the car standing it was in the middle of the main road in peak traffic they took it the next day to workto fix after they **** a patch job on the side of the road to get it moving but unfortunately its getting wors after contacting the salesman who sold me the vehicle and complained they took the car in to some sort of vw specialist that says there is nothing wrong with it they cant find a problem but the problem is there I drive the car every day maby they buddies not sure every time I send it back I must find my own way they dont even have the decency to offer you a loan vehicle or give me one when I ask for one seeing that is at least thing they can do to help me out for selling me a problem car numerous calls and a few emails sent and messages still no reply the sent a message they have a new light for me salesman agree to that I can pic it up at his place we made an arrangement so I can pic it up every time I go there nobody home dont reply to my messages when he replays says I can go get it to my surprise nobody there again thing they playing games now with me then again I mailed them on the 21 of march 2020 to find out what's going on and what they gonna do to sort the problem out and give me a loan vehicle cause I cant keep on taking it in and fall around of how to get to and back from work but still no reply today again I message and called they will get back to me now but still nothing I think they a bunch of ****** they don't keep up to they promises and responsibly they promise you everything to make a sale but to fix they take heavy short cuts and do patch work cause my car is still not rite so I asked them numerous time please sort out the problem but nothing so I am waiting and I am waiting on finance company to get back to me aswell on how to handle this matter
