Unfair treatment

I started negotiating with a salesperson at Willowcrest Motors about 2 weeks ago about a vechile I was interested in. I send my dad little more than a week ago to have a look at the vechile and to do a test drive. After getting positive feedback from my dad, I phoned the salesperson the same day to confirm my interest in the vechile and to confirm the fact that I was from the Freestate and that I would only be able to come to the branch to view the vechile myself today, on the 27the of January. After the feedback from my dad, my intension was to buy the vechile and because I had to apply for finance, I brought my finance documents with, showing my full intent to buy the vechile. On arrival we ourselves took the vechile for a test drive and as we proceeded to the salesman's table to fill out the necessary forms, another lady arrived to apply for finance on the same vechile. I was told not to worry, as I had the first option on the vechile and that the manager would sort things out after we had left. 3 Hours later I got a call from the salesman, stating that the manager and owner decided to award the vechile to the 2nd buyer as she had a trade-in and I didn't. I feel that I was treated badly and unfairly by the dealer and has lost the car that I wanted and was supposed to have the first option on only on the fact that I didn't have a trade-in???? I will never recommend someone to do business with Willowcrest Motors as client service and satisfaction are not their first priority.
