The dealership refused to give my money back

A car was delivered to me on the 15th of April by Wilowcrest Motors and experienced a breakdown on the 16th of April (just a day after a delivery) due to mechanical defects. I mean the 2012 vehicle but currently has 86000 km mileage.

The dealership refused to give me money back due to the racial microaggressions that are happening daily at their dealership.
