Shocking After Sales Service

Willow Crest is very quick to give you the best service when purchasing a car; however once they have your money, you can kiss any good service good bye. The car they sold us has given us one issue after the other. We also took it there for a service, and the parts they used didn't even last 9 months. When we contacted Neil regarding the issues we were having, he was very short with his response, and eventually just didn't respond to emails. The after sales service is absolutely shocking, and unfortunately the quality of their vehicles is dismal. I would not recommend Willow Crest Motors to anyone, well at least not anyone I like.
