Poor Service

I bought a car through Absa finance, when I have to go collect my car they tells me that the car its been loaned to someone, I mean they should have told me before. I demanded a courtesy car, and only got my car after 3 weeks. The car came with a crack on the windscreen and without a radio. I contacted the guy and he told me he will send someone to bring my radio face and the other to cum fix the windscreen. 2 weeks later, no one came, I went to fetch the radio face and received my change of ownership papers WITHOUT the license disk. I contact them after 2 weeks, still they don't have my disc, I kept on phoning after each 2 days promising they will get back to me but no one ever get to me. I bought my car on the 23rd January 2015, to this day I haven't received my license disc and im driving around with a cracked windscreen. This is a very bad service, I wont recommend it to anyone.<br>
