PATHETIC

<p>Do not ever ever buy a car from Willowcrest Motors. I purchased a BMW 118i recently and everything went fine APPARENTLY. A week later i was still waiting for my licesnce disk only to find out the car i purchased didnt even go for a ROADWORTHY. I had to then take the car for a ROADWORTHY myself and none of my brake lights were working. Only to find out later my 118i had a 120D computer box installed. They then tried to find me another box (118i) which they installed themselves and my brake lights still dont work. I then took my car to BMW myself to see what was wrong, and Willowcrest Motors manually tried to add/connect more wires for this problem to go away. Those wires burnt out and caused major damage to my other corresponding wires. They refused for me to let BMW fix it and for me to send them the invoice even though it is under a guarentee. I strongly suggest anybody and everybody NOT to purchase a car from them as they are only interested in themselves and not providing fair, substantial client services. DO NOT buy a car from them!!!</p>
