Not advisable to buy a car from willow crest motors.
What a terrible experience, incorrect book values on the vehicle were given, inflated repairs were quoted a week later. The sales team push to get a great Hello Peter rating as you purchase the car! The after service is shocking! I would definitely look at other dealerships.

Number 1, I, the owner Mark, gave the customer my personal attention being a fussy customer and a single woman. The vehicle in question is 2002 VW Polo Classic with 211000km on the clock sold for R65000. Before purchase the customer took the vehicle to her own mechanic for a thorough inspection. After the thorough inspection, the customer's mechanic told the client that the clutch was on the out and quoted the client R9000 to do the clutch which the customer was prepared to pay for. However I gave the customer a price of R6000 for the same repair (CLEARLY NOT INFLATED). We also proceeded to give the vehicle a minor service, oil, oil filter and air filter at my cost. The vehicle was sent to roadworthy and not one fault was picked up. The customer went to the Kruger Park in December, apparently the cooling fan stopped working which was later diagnosed as a fuse. After making contact with the customer and trying to explain my opinion, the customer told me to go F**k myself. Doesn't that explain everything. Regarding pushing customers for a good review is not true. We simply ask customers to share their experiences which we are entitle to do as many businesses do. We are open and transparent and if you read further we have an excellent rating.
