No service delivery

Highly dissapointed i left my car on Saturday for them to look at it first thing Monday, they only phone Monday afternoon to tell me they still searching for quotes how is that my problem. I never asked for my car to be serviced. My car was bought in December but it is already giving me a problem instead of them taking ownership they looking for quotes for a service kit who asked for a service kit? the car jurk when we are driving it and it jumps out of gear if you put it in the 5th gear if you drive steep on 100 that is my issue now they telling me about quotes for a service kit. The Sales person is Zach i hae phoned him last week and told him the issue and asked when last was this car serviced but couldn't give me an answer. Now he refers me to Frank who is incharge of the service dep. who i battle to get hold of surely Zach should see that everything is taken care of because i'm his customer service at all.
