FAULTY CAR

I am so shocked with what I went through with this Motor Company. From my previous experience on buying a car was fantastic. The car was perfect and no defaults. I bought a car 1 month ago with Willow Crest and they have already serviced the car and should have been done prior to me buying the car. The owner didn't want to change the car no cancel the contract which I find unacceptable as I was sold a much damaged car. Something breaks in that car every week and I'm back to Willow Crest again, of which I should never see you again once I bought the car. All I can say is that I have never experienced such bad service in my life especially with something like a car that I will pay for many years. I hate my car because of this and I wish this never happens to anyone else that will buy a car from Willow Crest. Also they don't respond to any of your queries as you will call the whole day for something to be done. Oh my gosh, such bad bad bad service.
