I purchased a vehicle from them that they assured me had passed COR and was roadworthy and in perfect working condition. This was a complete fabrication!

I took the vehicle for COR 2 days after taking delivery as I could feel something wrong with the vehicle and it FAILED. When I questioned the dealership they said only that they had the certificate proving it passed. As we know in South Africa it is easy to purchase such a thing. I followed up with the COR service centre that i went to and asked them to check when the COR had been done previously. Turns out the COR was done at 10am of Friday the 15th June... While I was looking at the vehicle in their workshop on jacks. - It would have been impossible for this vehicle to have gone for an inspection. Furthermore the errors that were found with the vehicle when I took it for COR would have prevented this car from passing any reputable agents exams.

I strongly advise you not to purchase a vehicle from them. The dealer principle is a rude and arrogant man and their customer service would be poor only if it actually existed.

I have since cancelled my deal through the banK, and have opened an investigation into their dealership through the Ombundsman and RMI. I will also be opening a case of ***** against them.

BUY FROM SOMEWHERE ELSE!
