Quality customer service - the BMW I bought had issues from the previous owner who sold it to the dealership, after mentioning them to the manager, he arranged to take it to a BMW specialist to fix the issue. He also sent an invoice as a way to show what exactly had been done to the car, and that the mechanical issue was now resolved. Great customer service overall.
