Completely ********* business behaviour

I was trying to buy a bakkie through them. When we test drove the bakkie, we realised that something was wrong with the gears and the clutch. It was undrivable. We sent this bakkie back to get fixed and we finalised the deal on condition that they fix the problems to make it drivable and road worthy. We sent it back a total of 4 times. Each time, the problem had not been fixed.

Eventually we decided to take the bakkie back and cancel the deal. The owner of the dealership was extremely rude and threatened us with blacklisting. He refused to cancel the deal. He faulted on his end of the bargain and therefore the agreement is void. However, he refused to process the cancellation. I have had to close my bank account because my bank could not cancel the debit orders without him initiating it. He has literally held my bank account ransom.
