At first I thought they were good in their service but no I was wrong, they sold me car with broke fender liner and after buying the car I told them about it, fender liner is touching on the tyre and it was not tight and they just say it's not their fault and they don't care anymore since I already bought the carðŸ˜, secondly I was told to wait for certification registration of the car so that I will able to change to Western (CAA) number plate, till today that hasn't happened and now I must berg as if owe them a damn thingðŸ˜

The vehicle in question was in an absolute excellent condition at time of inspection and delivery. A fender liner is the board behind the front bumper in front of the wheel and is clearly visible. On delivery it was 100%. Vehicle was thoroughly inspected. Vehicle drove from Johannesburg to Cape Town. Fender liner came loose along the way, cause unknown. Could've well been a bad road surface perhaps a pump in the road which lodged it loose, hence fender liner was touching front wheel and showed signs of it. I think it's a bit unfair that Willow Crest Motors should be held responsible. Kindly note that a copy of the registration document has been emailed and also sent via Whatsapp to yourself in order to obtain the vehicle license in your province.
