2% bad - After getting stuck in Sand in Mozambique we were horrified to realise that the tow hook was missing from the Van. Travino later staid that the road worthy does not include a tow hook, however it was a very difficult situation at the time and I feel that Willowcrest should make sure that all cars are sold with a tow hook.
