Terribly disappointed
Terribly disappointed. Leg area too short. Back not co ordinated with footend. Regret buying it.

We are sorry to hear that you are unhappy with your riser recliner, we were never made aware of such. We have gone through our records and have found no communication in this regard. Before expressing dissatisfaction online, we always recommend that you first directly contact the supplier to see how they can assist. We have in the meantime reviewed the delivery photos, with you seated in the chair, and the specification compared to your height and we can confirm that the size of the recliner looks correct. The mechanism in your recliner functions the same way as the recliner you tested. We also checked the delivery note where we found no remarks of dissatisfaction with the product, however we did find that you gave our "Service", "Delivery" and "Quality of Product" an "Extremely Satisfied" highest rating.
Putting that aside, we definitely want to see how we can assist you and ensure you are a satisfied customer. To that end your information has been passed onto our Customer Care department and they will contact you to see how we can assist.
