Pretentious Service - They Get Your Deposit and Disappear

I ordered and Riser Recliner Seat in August 2023 for my 97 year old dad after a sales demo at our home. The manufacturing and delivery period was estimated at 4-6 weeks. After not hearing from the company at the end of October, I decided to phone them. To my shock, they had not even started manufacturing the seat. I immediately asked them to refund the deposit.....but it has been a cycle of back and forth since October 2023 to day February 2024….I have still not got my deposit back.
