Exceptionally proficient and professional service by technicians Keenan and Robin, who were both helpful and understood our individual needs and requests. They were mindful of our existing furniture and worked very cleanly. I cannot rate them highly enough, which can also be said for Darrin who first introduced us to this amazing product. As it turns out, none of his descriptions were overstated. All in all, a 5 star product and experience.
