Unreliable. Product is not the advertised product. Delay in deliver by months.

Lured in by MOTHERSDAY25% discount via target advertising on Instagram. Placed order Fri, 24 May 2019. Finally got a response to third attempt at communication on 01 Jul 2019 to follow up on my order. I was assured 'courier will collect on Wednesday for delivery on Thursday'. This didn't materialise but eventually the order arrived a week later than assured. The order that I received did not match the product as advertised online. I wish I could add images. Basically I ordered a white duvet with large black circles and a large yellow circle. The duvet I received was white (a start) but with much smaller black circles and no yellow circle. Product was obviously not what I ordered. No response to my email (not surprised) asking for refund or product that I actually ordered to be delivered. Unreliable & questionably phony company which is producing *** product which is not as advertised & therefore at a marked up price.
