Elevators at Willowbridge do not work

When wanting to dine at Husser Grill Willowbridge, the elevators from the paid parking never works. This makes it extremely difficult to walk up and down the stairs for elderly people, especially those with knee problems.

When I reported this to the Willowbridge Centre Management, their response was load shedding. However, the elevators were not working when there was no load shedding.

It seems like Willowbridge Centre Management will NOT do anything about the elevators and hence are not recognizing the complaints from the elderly. This is clear victimisation of the older folk if nothing is done.
