Bad time at Willow Guest House, Boksburg

We booked at Willow Guest House, Boksburg, for three nights for a dance competition. The place looked nice, spacious and clean and the lady on duty was very helpful. However the photos and facilities were completely misrepresented on the website. The garden and pool area were very badly maintained. The owner had booked a "party" in at the same time that we were there, and hadn't informed us even though I'd booked months in advance and had contacted her. The party people made a commotion the whole night till 5 am the following morning, running around and shouting. We couldn't sleep and we were exhausted for the dance competition. The reception lady phoned the owner who said she couldn't do anything. She did however agree to refund us for the next night and we had to find other accommodation. It was very unpleasant.
