APPALLING SERVICE

Thinking that the last time I had ordered and had issues might have been a fluke, again the same damn thing happens? WHAT is wrong with your service? Why are orders taking so long to be delivered? Why is the phone not answered?????????? Your service or the lack thereof is atrocious.
