Lack of payment

After my car got ******, the agreed date of payment with the insurance company (Willis) was between 3 and 5 weeks, the agreement with the insurance was also to have a courtesey vehicle for 4 weeks as payment would happen during this time so that a new car can be bought. Today is the second day that I do not have a vehicle as the courtesey vehicle had to be returned two days ago. Updates from AVIS is that the FM (financial manager) is just not availeble to have things signed off for payment.
