Possibly found pension fund money but no proof

Find some pension fund papers dated Jan 2016, it gives a website to log into. I log in and get that I need to access Sanlam secure site but need username/password.So I contact the fun using details: H---- emails at 09h09 27th Feb that I must access the Sanlam site and she gives a picture link (not even a working link). But I had accessed this site the day before and SANLAM site states "According to our data, you do not have any active Sanalm products" - shock horror...am beginning to think my pernsion fund is ******. Phone reception today, M------ is not in, H---- not answering. Phone after 9am. M----- says she can send it up to 48 hours to get it. Then she phones back for ID number (I forgot to send it in email). Then she phones again and the implication is that it is not there...then says check ID number...oh its there...BUT IS IT REALLY THERE AS I STILL DO NOT HAVE ANY PROOF THAT IT EXISTS!!!!!!!!!!!Where oh where is my pension fund money. oh where oh where can it be....WTW may have it but will I get any info.
