Will not ever recommend them - extremely bad service and communciation

<p>We booked Willie and Johan for our wedding on 01 October 2016. After our pre wedding shoot I tried contacting them numerous times. Eventually I cancelled the contract (after paying the full amount) due to poor communication from their side as they don't bother responding to emails, messages or phoning back. Johan then claimed that he did reply to my email, I asked him to forward the mail to me. The mail he forwarded wasn't even sent to me in the first place. He then said they wil l pay back the money due to me in 2 installments as stipulated in the contract - which it doesn't.</p> <p>The begining of September I received my first installment as well as an email saying that they will pay the rest end of September. In November I phoned Johan as they still didnt pay back the rest. He got very aggresive with words. The excuse for not paying back the rest - they didn't hear from me again. A week later I phoned again only to hear that they are waiting for a payment and they will pay back my money within the next 2 days. On the 3rd day I phoned them with no luck of anwsering. I started posting on their Facebook posts where they then deleted my comments as well as blocked me.</p> <p>This is extremely pathetic of a service provider. Will not recommend them to anyone ever again.</p>
