Wedding DVD 26 September 2015

<p>My husband and I got married on 26/09/2015. More than a year has passed and we have STILL not received our wedding DVD. Numerous attempts was made to contact them either by phone, Whatsapp and email. 98% of the time they do not pick up their phones and they did not respond to our WhatsApp messages or emails. When there was a response, the excuses included move of house, unability to write the file to DVD format and ultimately crash of their external hard drive. We were told that the hard drive was handed in at a company for retrieval of data. Ever since this communication, they fail to respond to our communications. </p> <p> </p> <p>Our Ouma who attended the wedding has since passed away and we still do not have our DVD.</p> <p> </p> <p>Unfortunately we also already paid in full. They even asked us on our honeymoon to pay the outstanding amount.</p> <p> </p> <p>We will recommend them to no one. We consider ourselves lucky that we had another photographer taking our wedding photo's.</p>
