Dishonest Photographers

We just want to share our opinion about a experience we had from Willie Viljoen Photography. We had a very dissapointed incident with them. We asked them to do our Wedding Shoot in November. We have not yet signed a contract with them. However we have paid them a deposit to secure our date. A few months later we have received a wedding gift from family who offered to pay for our wedding photo's. Unfortunately we had to cancel \the verbal agreement"Johan and Willie confirmed verbally that they will repay our deposit if they book another wedding. <br> After another few weeks passed we received confirmation from their customer that their wedding shoot was done by Willie and Johan. After several confrontations Johan and Willie blatantly refused to repay our deposit. They claim \""what if they did not have a wedding\"" but they had a wedding. They were not ****** of being without an income. When we tried calling them they ignored our messages and phone calls. Our feelings against them are very unsatisfactory and we are highly dissapointed in this matter. We are really not happy and we really hope this sort of incident will not happen to any other couple.
