Rude Customer service

<p>We purchase a house from propert assist, and to find out we had no certification for the electrical fencing, Property assist appointed WILLIE & SON ELECTRICAL to come and sort the fencing out, My agent confirmed an appoinment with us for 8am this morning for Wille company to have alook at the fencing, My husband had to take time off work and then to find out that they were doing another job, they were calling me after working hours to confirm appointment, which i never anwer if your client does not answer you should leave message or text a message to them. Appointment was for 8am and when I called Willie he was absoloutely rude to me. He took another job that morning and when i called him he mentioned to me rudely talk to my agent and cut the call on me, I tried calling again he cut the call the third time he answered he spoke rude saying speak to your agent and cut the call on me will i was talking, I have never experince such bad behaviour and will never recommend this business to anyone. Be very careful with WILLIE & SON ELECTRICAL, they are so unprofessional and rude.</p>
