William upholstery disappointment

This business is registered on Google. She does upholstery and did my couch and 4 pours. I've asked her for only one color material and she used another on the 2 poefs. The material started tearing( this was her lef over material) on the other color poef. Sad part is once the job was done she was paid but I couldn't get hold of her. I've been calling she fails to answer. Sending msgs and she blue ticks me. I want my poef and the material that came from it back. This is *********. Sad to say it's our own people
