This is long overdue, but it's never too late to give credit where it's due.

After a less-than-great experience with someone else in your organisation, I wanted to share some positive feedback about Mark Derbyshire and the outstanding service he provided.

Not only did Mark resolve my issues quickly and without any hassle, but what really stood out was his patience, kindness, and genuine respect throughout the entire process. He consistently treated me with compassion and made me feel valued as a customer.

On one occasion I forgot about an appointment Mark had arranged with a service provider. Even while he was on holiday, he took the time to reschedule it and made sure my convenience remained a priority.
