Empty promises

I had my car serviced at Williams Engine Rebuilders situated behind Wingfield Motors in Kuilsriver, they actually on the same premises. I pointed out to the workshop manager that there was two identical scratch marks o the right-hand side fender which was not there when I brought the car in. I was definitely certain about this because I washed my car the previous day. The manager promised to have it repaired by a friend of his who does paint correcting, after numerous attempts to confirm a date to have my fender repaired the manager refused to take my call. I would not recommend taking your car to William's engine rebuilders because it is difficult to get hold of the manager and he fail to deliver on his promise.
