Unprofessional conduct
Everyone in this country is aware of the fact that the post office has not been operational for months, then out of the blue you get a letter advising you that you have been handed over for a louse R447. There was no decency to pick up a phone, send an sms or mail. When you question why this was not done then you are told it is your responsibility as a patient to follow up with your medical aid, please tell me what I should follow up if I am not aware that there is even a problem. So, if you want me to follow, then have the decency to contact me, it certainly would have cost you less than the paper you spend sending me letters, not registered mail!!!!!!, just mail!!!!!!

As is, I got billed on two occasions for a 20 minute if I am lucky session, but I paid for an hour whilst listening to the physio having to question her admin (did I complain - no) and then I am handed over to lawyers because their is no professional courtesy to contact me via all the technology means available.

One can only question as to what is taking place in this profession, you go to a physio based on stress and then all they do is cause more stress, it is no longer about the patient.
