Bad attitude and fluctuating prices

I was appalled by Leroy's attitude. Everything was fine till the price on his quote changed the minute I had to pay. Yes I took a few weeks to pay cause I had to ensure their tutorial dates did not clash with my schedule. When I tried to explain this he didn't even wait for me to finish, he continued to say this is business when I told him things need to be kept genuine when it comes to money. He never once apologised. Even when I pointed out that nowhere on his quote does it say prices are subject to change. These are people I recommend friend and fellow students to. Very disappointed.
