Lazy unprofessional

I just want to express the bad experience I got from WilliamHunt in Rooderport, i took my car in on the 11th March 2024, a week later I wrote an email to do a follow up on my vehicle I was later told the lady “Anniemie Herbst” was on leave without even notifying me, I kept calling with no response hence they didn’t give me feedback in time. I tried to find answers as to how does a big organisation have to wait for one person to return to work for me to get service. Later I was sent different quotes with different prices from the previous one I got. Long story short finally after a month and couple of days waiting I went to get my car today and it was dirty and was told that it’s because that they don’t wash cars that are supposed to be towed, they only wash cars that are in driving conditions , my car was running by the way because I drove it home
