Regrettably, I made the decision to avail myself of their services, only to be confronted with the disheartening reality that my vehicle had been returned to me with an unfortunate oil leak. In my earnest pursuit of rectifying this most distressing predicament, I endeavored to contact the establishment, seeking their assistance. However, to my profound disappointment, my attempts were met with a disconcerting lack of responsiveness, as I found myself perennially placed on hold during each and every interaction.
