Breaks a working vehicle. Taking more than 6 months to repair
Took a perfectly working vehicle in for a recall campaign repair. The work they carried out caused other problems and the vehicle has been with them for more than 6 months. Absolute ******* service. I requested a courtesy vehicle after 4 months and have not had success with that in more than a month. The worst

No response from the dealership as yet.
After putting my report, about the bad service experiences, I have had there over the past 2 years, with this dealership, they have yet to respond to my email about my complaints. Very poor not even an acknowledgement that they had recieved it.

Just Bad Service at this dealership the new name CFAO motors
I have had numerious problems with my servicing there and it still got worse over a period of 1 year. First problem was my airconditioner pipe broke, because of the rough rods driven. The second time was the brake fluid cap was left off and lucky for me it was pinned between my bonnet and my wind screen wiper. The third problem was the wheel nuts in which they were stripped and they did not replace all of them but a few and the state on them after the car had been washed. I had sent a letter to them and till today i have had no correspondance from them.
