Willem's Rus Dinokeng - Customer Service

The experience in dealing with specifically Hannes van Rooyen at Willem's Rus (Dinokeng) has been shocking. The sad thing is that based on comments on their social media pages the attitude of the owner(s) at this establishment seem to be a complete disregard for their customer. Our experience highlighted an attitude of disrespect and no regard for creating a customer centric experience. While the venue itself may be great (according to people who've been there), the fact that the owners / managers treat their customers with such disrespect and with little to no understanding and absolutely no servicing has left a bad taste.
