Did not defend me
<p>I was charged with Driving Under the Influence. I hired Willem Naude to represent me. My instruction to him was to ensure that the charges are withdrawn, due to the fact that I was not driving. He made no attempt to do so. As a result, I had to appear in court 4 times!! </p>

14 Jul 2017, 11:18The problem was that Mr Naude withdrew from the case when I questioned him about the course of action he intended to take. I am not a lawyer, and would have appreciated some feedback and assistance.
