Architect Willem Mostert

Mr Mostert has been extremely unreliable in the delivery of his services as an architect. He has defaulted on delivery of building plans twice. The scope of work was small (the amendment of established residential building plans which he originally drafted to include some internal wall changes and a pool that was built to a different shape than was on plan). This will likely delay the sale of the house I am buying. I have called him multiple times. When he eventually picked up - days later and after multiple sms's and emails he was upset that I was asking him when it will be done. There were also attorneys and an estate agent trying to contact him. He was appointed on Tuesday the 12th of July 2022. It is now the 28th of July and the plans have not been submitted. The service I received was and is **********. The worst part is he promised to have the work done by the Monday (which was already days late) and submit the plans to council and it is now Thursday and we have found nothing has been submitted. I would not recommend anyone use these services.
