Rodent feces

<p>So my bestie and her hubby was sitting and watching a movie eating a packet of willards chips... only to realize that something does not taste right, and when they checked it was rodent feces.</p> <p>So she had called willards and advised them, she also kept this as evidence.</p> <p>So they came a few days later and picked this evidence up to '' examine it'' </p> <p>After several telephone calls with them, the matter got nowhere instead it just made my dear friend upset.</p> <p>So eventually Willards sent her a R15 and R60 voucher.</p> <p>This was unacceptable! </p> <p>I understand it was compensation but the way in which everything was handled and there was no apologies made my friend feel really useless and unworthy as ahe is a really sensitive person.</p> <p>Giving her this compensation which she had advised them that she does not want made her fell devalued.</p> <p>Furthermore this voucher was a Willards voucher! </p> <p>To do what uh? Buy more chips which contains rodent feces?!</p> <p>She has not spent these vouchers by the way.</p> <p>The last call she received... the lady who she spoke to was rude and insulting. She did not listen or take understanding she just got the the point shouting!</p> <p>This is extremely terrible customer service!</p> <p>So they sent an email confirming that it was actually rodent feces and there were so many spelling errors and grammer errors in that letter.</p> <p>Totally unprofessional!</p> <p>My friend is now absolutely sick, she feel nauseous and gets alot of abdominal pains, she also has a fever quite often.</p> <p>This is symptoms of HPS (Hantavirus pulmonary syndrome) which is caused when you get in contact with rodent feces of urine.</p> <p>So the last time my friend heard from Willards they advised her that they would send a hamper.</p> <p>Okay fine but if my friends life is ruined due to this its going to be a big issue!</p> <p>The way in which they have handled the matter was long and depressing for my best friend.</p> <p>This matter is still going on as it is not resolved!</p> <p>Due to this I will never buy a packet of Willards chips ever again!</p> <p> </p> <p><br /> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
