BOOKING MADE BUT COULD NOT DELIVER

I booked a half day spa for my husband and myself to celebrate our wedding anniversary. on arrival we were showed to the spa which was still dark no lights on. went looking for assistance found a cleaner who got a lady. They did not even know why we were there and were not ready. in no way attempted to explain how they were not prepared for a half day spa. they did not even have the necessary staff on duty. I request refund which I received. Don't waste your time going to this spa there are many others more capable.
