Will Be Was Turnkey Playing Projects - shady contractor

I paid these guys for a solar installation which was supposed to include a certificate of compliance and it’s been 6 months and a dozen requests for it so I can insure the system but they just won’t help. At first they gave me a story about how there was a hang up at the municipality and then they claimed they did give it to me. I also had them set up my borehole a week after the solar system as well, and its power trips 3 times a week. Avoid these fly by night guys.
