Cheated out of service plan

Please share with us who now answers or must know whats going on in your establishment or business. You guys claimed for services, took the monies, never did the actual job, or there is no proof of, and now there is no1, not even a single person that can tell me, where the job cards are, who was the service providers, where did the claims go to, how was it paid, etc. Its just dead dead dead, but the business is still operating. JMC now also don't know a thing, How? Can someone please help!
