Unsatisfactory conduct by WildX

I would like to register a complaint about the above mentioned company where we booked for Atlantis Dunes and that never took place and we were told the company is suspended on the dunes and they are refusing to pay back our money and mind you we are not from CT we were just there for the trip. Please help us to get our money back
