Unreasonable 24 Hour T & C's apply even for illness

Re Wild X Adventures -- My son & his girlfriend who have arrived from overseas booked a quad bike session this morning (18/03/22). Unfortunately, he woke up with a bad stomach bug and he still thought that he could make it but as they were about to leave for the session he had a bad case and needed to be close to the bathroom. We called to reschedule the session and were told that the 24 hour cancellation policy applies & that they would not reschedule. I spoke to Marisa. The fee was R1000 for the session! Surely there must be exceptions to this policy in the event of illness. This is completely unreasonable! Plus they are tourists so the word will spread for sure! Very poor show & we definitely won't be supporting your business in future!!

Also - I was told that they are already losing out due to this being a booking via a hyperli voucher. This should not even be mentioned as the business chose to advertise via hyperli and not the client's fault for that! Very poor show!!
