Refusing to honor Agreement and childish behavior

Booked a voucher via Hyperli and followed all the necessary steps, but when we called Wild X to book, we got excuses saying there was no availability on the day, yet on their website there is availability. Then I got told that the Hyperli Voucher calendar is different and all the slots are booked, but this info is not available to anyone and Wild X are trying to dictate when we can use the voucher and not lose out on people paying full price. Also how is that my issue?? When you call to challenge them, Marissa then got extremely defensive and said I was "bombarding her" when I called her out on what she was saying, and she proceeded to put the phone down on me. She also confirmed nothing she stated was in writing on the website. So making the rules up as they go along and they cant even back their statements up, they move the goal post when you call them out, that's if they even stay on the phone to have a conversation like an Adult...
