Disgusting & Disappointing Standard of Accommodation

We booked the Captain Sunshine unit for 8 days in February 2017. Upon arrival we were truly disgusted and disappointed at the Standard of the accommodation. Upon opening the door to enter the unit I immediately felt uncomfortable with the cleanliness of the unit. The bedroom is a tiny dark room downstairs, the cupboards in the room are falling apart and the bathroom has no door. You can't even open the curtains as there are no blinds or inner curtains blocking the line of sight and allowing for some light. The room looks out on the back of the street, we specifically requested a seaview / seafacing room. The lounge/kitchen is upstairs and everything inside the drawers and cupboards were filthy. The "built-in braai" on the balcony is an empty hole in the wall with a rusted grid to be placed on a brick or two. There's no comfortable seating on the balcony and the table and chairs placed there are so dirty that they'll need to be washed before one can even think about enjoying the view. There was no access to safe off-street parking as promised as they were constructing next door which blocked the entry to the garages. We were also not informed of the construction site next door. We walked out and had to look for alternative accommodation which took the entire day as it was peak season. Later the day we returned to collect our belongings. We requested the return of our 50% deposit but to date Wildpebbles haven't even bothered to respond. The website is definitely deceiving we will not recommend this establishment to anyone.
